What is the shipping process for Nfinity products?

Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer to process. Items are posted with Australia Post. Please note occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be notified in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Orders will be shipped next day if placed prior to 1pm AEST.

What are the shipping options for Nfinity products?

We offer click and collect from our Warehouse in Rouse Hill, Sydney, standard shipping and express shipping.
You will need to check with Australia Post for delivery times to your area.

FREE SHIPPING on all apparel and any Nfinity orders over $300 (Within Australia only)
*Nfinity Air Track is no NOT included in any FREE SHIPPING promotions.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are a shipped with Australia Post. Delivery times shown on the website are an estimate only from the time your order is shipped.
You will need to check with Australia Post for delivery times to your area.
Once your order has been shipped by Cheer Direct, we take no responsibility for delivery times due to Australia Post delays.

What is your exchange/return policy for Nfinity products?

All Nfinity items purchased from Cheer Direct come with a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty.
If you believe your product to be defective within 30 days of receiving your purchase, please contact us at support@cheerdirect.com.au

To meet our exchange/returns terms and conditions you must return your items as listed below:
– Within 30 days of your delivery date.
– Unused/unworn with tags still attached.
– In original condition, in original packaging.
– Products must be posted in a satchel or box.
– DO NOT attached anything to the shoe case/box. This includes packaging tape and address
labels as this will void your exchange/return.
– No returns, exchange or refunds on underwear.

If shoes and/or case have been written on, shoes have been worn, show any signs of fake tan/marks or are not in re-stockable condition we cannot process the return/exchange.

Refunds will be for the cost of the products only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How do I return my order?

You will need to fill in the return slip that is included with your order and post it to the address below.

The customer must pay for the postage to Cheer Direct.

What happens once my returns have been received?

Once we receive your return, the items will be assessed.
A replacement will be sent, providing the items are unworn, clean (no fake tan/marks) and tags are still attached.
You will receive an email once the return has been processed. Please note this email will have the original size you ordered, as your original order will be reprinted for the return.
There is no need to contact once you receive this email.
If the item you require is out of stock, we will call you to advise when new stock is arriving.

How do I Wash N’ Care for my Nfinity shoes?

DO NOT put shoes in the washer or dryer.
SPOT CLEAN ONLY – DO NOT SUBMERGE
Use mild soap and a wet wash cloth to gently buff out the dirty areas on the shoes.
Untie shoe laces before removing shoes.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes, only for Nfinity products for cheer gyms, dance studios and stores.

My product looks different than the image on the website?

Nfinity process of manufacturing can lead to product variations in colour and detail, meaning colour may vary.

Do you offer pop up stores?

Yes, for gyms located in NSW. Please email shop@cheerdirect.com.au

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means that the item is currently out of stock and we are awaiting a restock from our manufacturer. You are ordering a product that is out of stock and there is an understanding that the order will not ship right away. 

If I order something that is being sold as a pre-order, when will my card be charged?

All credit card orders are charged and paid in full at the time the order is placed. This includes backordered and in-stock items. 

When will I receive my order if I am placing a pre-order? 

Items that are sold out and are available to pre-order can take anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks to be restocked. 

"I was told that you would be receiving a restock within the next two weeks and it's now been 3 weeks, where is my order?"

All estimated restock dates are subject to change, we appreciate your patience as we are also awaiting the inventory

When I log into my account, the order says “pending fulfillment.” What does that mean?

Pending fulfillment simply means your order has been processed and is waiting to be packed and shipped. If the order has said pending fulfillment for over 2 business days, it is likely that the item is on backorder, and will not ship until the item is in stock.
