Orders and delivery

How quickly will my order be sent?

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We will contact you if an item is temporarily out of stock, on back order or otherwise delayed.

What delivery options are available?

Standard and express delivery options are available within Australia. Selected international destinations are also available. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the current options, prices and estimates for your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Australian shipping is available on apparel and eligible Nfinity orders over $300. Nfinity Air Tracks are excluded from free-shipping promotions.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose free pickup at checkout when it is available. Pickup is from Centre Stage Dancewear, Unit 31/9 Hoyle Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154. Please wait for your “ready for pickup” email before visiting.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in their original packaging and have all tags attached. Shoe boxes must be protected inside a shipping satchel or box and must not have labels, tape, writing or other marks attached.

Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable. Please read our complete Returns & Exchanges information before sending anything back.

What if my Nfinity product is faulty?

Nfinity products purchased from Cheer Direct include a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty. Contact support@cheerdirect.com.au within 30 days of receiving the item if you believe it is defective.

Shoes and sizing

What shoe size should I order?

Please do not select your usual shoe size.

Measure your bare foot from the back of the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Add 1 cm to this measurement, then use the final length to find the closest size on the chart.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, please select the next size up. You can also view our Size Guide.

Nfinity shoe fittings and purchases are also available at Centre Stage Dancewear in Castle Hill.

How should I clean Nfinity shoes?

Spot clean only using mild soap and a damp cloth. Do not submerge the shoes or put them in a washing machine or dryer. Untie the laces before removing the shoes.

Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is for an item that is currently out of stock while we wait for new stock. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Restock timing can vary and estimates may change; we will send the order once the item arrives.
