Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take a little longer during peak periods and public holidays.
Australian delivery
- Standard shipping: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International delivery
We ship to the international destinations currently available in our checkout. Select your country or region and enter your delivery address at checkout to see availability, pricing and estimated delivery times.
Some bulky or restricted products may not be available for international delivery.

Please wait until you receive your “ready for pickup” notification before travelling to the store. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
