First Measure your bust
Wear a thin, unlined bra, Place the tape measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. Choose the size that most closely matches your measurement. If you’re in between, go down one size for more support. Every bra should fit snug.

Sizing
What size do I order?
Each of our shoes will have a size chart on the product page, we suggest you measure your foot and then use the size chart listed to find your Nfinity shoe size. Our shoes do not all measure the same, and all do run small. Please do not order your normal shoe size without measuring first.
Orders and delivery
How quickly will my order be sent?
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We will contact you if an item is temporarily out of stock, on back order or otherwise delayed.
What delivery options are available?
Standard and express delivery options are available within Australia. Selected international destinations are also available. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the current options, prices and estimates for your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free Australian shipping is available on apparel and eligible Nfinity orders over $300. Nfinity Air Tracks are excluded from free-shipping promotions.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose free pickup at checkout when it is available. Pickup is from Centre Stage Dancewear, Unit 31/9 Hoyle Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154. Please wait for your “ready for pickup” email before visiting.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in their original packaging and have all tags attached. Shoe boxes must be protected inside a shipping satchel or box and must not have labels, tape, writing or other marks attached.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable. Please read our complete Returns & Exchanges information before sending anything back.

What if my Nfinity product is faulty?
Nfinity products purchased from Cheer Direct include a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty. Contact support@cheerdirect.com.au within 30 days of receiving the item if you believe it is defective.
Shoes and sizing
What shoe size should I order?
Nfinity styles do not all measure the same and generally run small. Do not order your usual shoe size without measuring first. Measure the insole of a shoe that currently fits, then compare it with the chart on the product page or our Size Guide.
Nfinity shoe fittings and purchases are also available at Centre Stage Dancewear in Castle Hill.
How should I clean Nfinity shoes?
Spot clean only using mild soap and a damp cloth. Do not submerge the shoes or put them in a washing machine or dryer. Untie the laces before removing the shoes.
Pre-orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is for an item that is currently out of stock while we wait for new stock. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Restock timing can vary and estimates may change; we will send the order once the item arrives.
Clubs, gyms and support
Do you offer bulk-order discounts?
Yes, bulk options are available for cheer gyms, dance studios and retailers. Email sales@cheerdirect.com.au.
Do you offer pop-up stores?

Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take a little longer during peak periods and public holidays.
Australian delivery
- Standard shipping: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International delivery
We ship to the international destinations currently available in our checkout. Select your country or region and enter your delivery address at checkout to see availability, pricing and estimated delivery times.
Some bulky or restricted products may not be available for international delivery.
Free pickup — Centre Stage Dancewear
Eligible orders can be collected from Centre Stage Dancewear, Unit 31/9 Hoyle Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
Please wait until you receive your “ready for pickup” notification before travelling to the store. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
Tracking and delivery
When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Return conditions
Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date and must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn, with all tags still attached.
- In the original condition and original packaging.
- Protected inside a shipping satchel or box.
- Shoe boxes must not have tape, labels, writing or other markings attached to them.
We cannot accept shoes or packaging showing signs of wear, fake tan, marks or damage, or any item that is not in resaleable condition.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Approved refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable.
How to return your order
Complete the return slip included with your order. If you no longer have the slip, email support@cheerdirect.com.au before sending your return.

We will assess the item after it arrives. If it meets the return conditions, we will process the approved exchange, replacement or refund and send you a confirmation email.
